Perfect hotel, hot breakfast and free Wi-Fi. A large room. Devonian Pond is just next door the venue. Loyal staff members...

The hotel was excellently located and very near the main square and the world famous Eaton Centre. Also, taxis were immediately available from the front lobby. Air conditioning was in good order and rhe hotel room contained two television sets. In addition, the room is divided into three separate and bordered areas: the bathroom, living room and bedroom. This contrasts with the open planning of more modern hotels and grants a great deal of privacy.
The decor of the rooms was rather dated; as if the cosmetic design of the room mattered less than the utility of providing somewhere to sleep. It gave the impression that the hotel had been created in the late 80's and left in a time warp ever since. The mini bar was also very unappealing and contained a very spartan number of drinks. At the current price per night, I would be disinclined from recommending it.

The quiet comfort of the rooms. Love the suites!
The unexpected fire alarm (8/25) and confusion was not good. The hotel staff continued with the bookings of the rooms though we were all told to exit the building. No one knew what to do. Many exited but some stayed inside the hotel. This needs to be reviewed by management. Mixed signals for sure!

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Appreciated the fact that after we checked out, they allowed us the courtesy of leaving our luggage with them while we explored the city until our train departed later that afternoon. This is definitely the place to stay for me when I visit Toronto, the location is excellent - central to a lot of the sites of interest in the city.
-
Excellent "value for money" - a really large appartment room for a very reasonable price All service facilities available within the hotel - even a parking facility right in front of the reception Excellent very central location - walking distance from shopping centres, Toronto tower and waterfront on lake Ontario Very friendly personnel
-
The fact that they are pet friendly; late check out was wonderful (1:00pm) location is great
-
The rooms would lovely and comfortable. Proximity to downtown shopping within walking distance was a plus.

We came to visit family in Toronto and we needed to bring our dog. The staff was very accommodating and the dog even received a gift bag. We found everyone there very courteous and went out of their way to answer questions and make us feel comfortable.
I cannot think of anything that was negative.

Nice roo, good lay out, close to everything
Bath tub drain did not work and the nob to operate the shower was missing

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The gym facility was wonderful. The restraunt made and amazing deconstructed Caesar salad; food was overall very good for cost. Location was great!
The bed was pretty hard. Fire alarm test went off early Sunday morning :(

The location. Right down town and we did a lot of sightseeing/walking while there. Problems that we had with the room the front desk took care of right away.
We booked online through Booked.net and things were not right. We had to pay for the 3rd person and were supposed to have a sofabed. Luckily we noticed early vs later in the night and went to take care of. We were moved right away. Online I was sure they told us for the room I thought I was booking that we had our breakfasts free which was a plus for booking with them. When I let them know this while changing the room we were given this (which was good). Rooms were decent but feel they could be updated. For me I thought it was pricy but probably not for Toronto. We were there to sightsee...ribfest, etc. Noone really assisted with anything..checked in and that was it.

The hotel was excellent and presented good value for money. Its location to most the major amenities in Toronto was excellent and we were able to walk to most attractions. We also felt safe walking the streets in the evening. The room was clean and spacious and was roomy enough for a family of 4.
We had to make use of a sofa bed for our children and we were had to make the bed up ourselves each evening - it would have been helpful if the hotel had done this.
-
The key feature of this hotel is the location--it is in the centre of the city close to shopping and restaurants.
The hotel is circa 1970 and it only has one restaurant. These are not suites per se, the rooms do not have full kitchens and are small. If you are booking for two people or more they have additional charges but only have a pull out couch not a real bed.

this is our second stay at this facility and we enjoy the location and the accommodations there.
from our first stay there, the shower did not have A grab bar. if you are to book this place, be sure to take A portable one with you. this past time, there was one.

loved the suite room design, location was ideal. Would like to have a breakfast included in the room rate.
